MEET THE OWNER

Kemper Lewis

Kemper has owned Denver Home Loans, LLC for over 10 years. He is licensed in Colorado (MBO# 100009367) and through the national registry (NMLS number #237505). Kemper has also held a Managing Brokers Real Estate license for over 25 years. For 10 of those years he was Acting Chief for various branches for FHA and the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). He achieved the GRI (Graduate of the Realtor Institute) designation for real estate. His experience includes being nominated and serving as the Chairman of the Affiliate committee for the Board of Realtors.

Subsequently Kemper was nominated and served as a Trustee for the Metro Denver Realtor Foundation. Other accolades include being awarded the Realtors “Distinguished Service Award” from the President of the Board of Realtors.

Kemper has been awarded the CML Designation (Certified Mortgage Lender) from the Colorado Mortgage Lenders Association.

Kemper is also a Colorado Real Estate Commission approved continuing education trainer for real estate agents. One of his courses shows agents and their clients how to avoid mortgage fraud. His specialty is working with real estate agents and home buyers /home owners.

Honesty, integrity and ethics are his motto and creed. He enjoys originating loans and providing great customer service to his growing client base!
