MEET THE OWNERS
Kemper Lewis
Kemper has had a Managing Brokers Real Estate license for over 25 years. For 10 of those years he was Acting Chief for various branches for FHA and the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). He achieved the GRI (Graduate of the Realtor Institute) designation for real estate. His experience includes being nominated and serving as the Chairman of the Affiliate committee for the Board of Realtors.
Subsequently Kemper was nominated and served as a Trustee for the Metro Denver Realtor Foundation. Other accolades include being awarded the Realtors “Distinguished Service Award” from the President of the Board of Realtors.
Kemper has owned Denver Home Loans, LLC for the past 10 years. He is now a Colorado Real Estate Commission approved continuing education trainer for Realtors, showing them how to avoid mortgage fraud. His specialty is working with Realtors and home buyers.
Honesty, integrity and ethics are his motto and creed. He enjoys originating loans and providing great customer service to his growing client base!
Karla Kyte Karla originated loans in the Denver area for several years prior to the opening of Denver Home Loans. She also managed another locally owned mortgage company during this period where she was responsible for overseeing all phases of loan origination, and office functions. This experience has left her very knowledgeable in the industry and customer service oriented.
